New to cups? Don't worry. It may take a little bit of time in the beginning, but it will get easier with each use. Most users feel comfortable after 2-3 cycles of usage.

Before First Use & Between Each Cycle:

Sterilize by boiling in a pot or microwave for 5 minutes
Let it air dry completely
Store in the included breathable fabric bag or a clean, dry place

During Your Period:

Rinse with clean water (avoid warm water as it may cause staining)
Wash with unscented, oil-free soap if preferred
No need to dry completely before reinserting—just rinse and go!
